The retreat reaffirmed Rotary’s vision of uniting and taking action to create lasting change — across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves. Guided by Rotary’s four priorities, Board members defined how these principles can be reflected in the Rotary Club of Miami’s Strategic Plan.
